Yin yoga is a quiet contemplative practice. Our teachers really know who to set the tone for this class. It such a wonderful way to begin your week. A great class to regain flexibility.

It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. This is contrast to a Yang yoga practice such as Vinyasa yoga which targets the muscles. Often we teachers hear, "I'm not flexible enough, or I cannot touch my toes". This class is perfect for anyone seeking more flexibility physically and even mentally. This class is perfect for all bodies. (Ideally this class is for bodies that can sit or lay on the floor, however chairs are available if needed.)

Aerial Mobility & Strength

This faster paced class is for those looking to move a bit more and even break a sweat! We’ll build on our strength and flexibility while challenging the mind and body to move a bit quicker with planks, crunches, creative flows and a relaxing inversion and a dash of play. Those who are comfortable in inversions will stay on one side of the room while those who may not be too familiar will stay on the other. This is an ALL Levels class. While new students can attend, we prefer you to have taken at least one aerial yoga with us so you can keep up with the group.

You’re ready for Aerial Mobility & Strength if:

  • you have a minimum of 5 aerial yoga classes or equivalent experience with aerial hammock.
  • inversion with hammock at sacrum without instruction.
  • you can perform assisted pull-ups with good form.

Groove and Flow Yoga for Kapha is an energizing, heat-infused practice designed to awaken and invigorate the body, mind, and spirit. The warmth of the room (set to a moderate heat of 75–80°F helps to counterbalance the cool, heavy qualities of Kapha dosha—which is associated with calmness, stability, and grounding—but can sometimes lead to feelings of sluggishness or stagnation. Through uplifting music and mindful movement, you'll shake off any heaviness, feel lighter, and tap into your natural vitality.

In Ayurveda, there are three primary energies, or doshas, that govern our physical and mental states:

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a quiet contemplative practice. Our teachers really know who to set the tone for this class. It such a wonderful way to begin your week. A great class to regain flexibility.

It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. This is contrast to a Yang yoga practice such as Vinyasa yoga which targets the muscles. Often we teachers hear, "I'm not flexible enough, or I cannot touch my toes". This class is perfect for anyone seeking more flexibility physically and even mentally. This class is perfect for all bodies. (Ideally this class is for bodies that can sit or lay on the floor, however chairs are available if needed.)
