Aerial Mobility & Strength

This faster paced class is for those looking to move a bit more and even break a sweat! We’ll build on our strength and flexibility while challenging the mind and body to move a bit quicker with planks, crunches, creative flows and a relaxing inversion and a dash of play. Those who are comfortable in inversions will stay on one side of the room while those who may not be too familiar will stay on the other. This is an ALL Levels class. While new students can attend, we prefer you to have taken at least one aerial yoga with us so you can keep up with the group.

You’re ready for Aerial Mobility & Strength if:

  • you have a minimum of 5 aerial yoga classes or equivalent experience with aerial hammock.
  • inversion with hammock at sacrum without instruction.
  • you can perform assisted pull-ups with good form.
