Blissed Out!

We are so excited to bring back one of our signature classes! Blissed Out blends gentle yoga, restorative postures, and yin to prepare the body for yoga nidra or guided visualization. Feel free to bring a pillow if you want more support. We do have plenty of bolsters, blankets, blocks, etc.
