Evening Unwind: Gentle & Restorative Yoga

Slow down and settle in with Evening Unwind—a calming blend of gentle movement and deeply restorative poses designed to release tension and quiet the mind. The first part of class offers light stretching and breath-centered movement to ease stiffness and promote mobility. We then transition into longer-held, fully supported restorative postures that invite rest, recovery, and deep relaxation.

Perfect for winding down after a long day or week, this class is suitable for all levels and especially nurturing during the fall and winter months. Expect soft lighting, supportive props, and a peaceful atmosphere to help you leave feeling grounded, centered, and restored.
