Gentle Yoga for Every Body is a warm, supportive space where you can move, breathe, and simply be yourself. This class is designed for all bodies, all ages, and all levels—whether you’re brand-new to yoga, returning after time away, or an experienced practitioner seeking a softer, more mindful practice.

We explore foundational postures with plenty of options, props, and encouragement so you can move in ways that feel good for your body. Alongside the physical practice, we weave in breathwork, mindful awareness, and simple yoga principles that help you connect inward—reminding us that yoga is far more than stretching.

Expect gentle movement, moments of stillness, and a welcoming community that embraces curiosity over perfection. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, open, and connected.
