Hot Mat Pilates

Hot Mat Pilates is a core-strengthening, full-body workout performed in an infrared-heated studio designed to help you sweat, stretch deeper, and move with intention. The gentle heat boosts circulation, enhances flexibility, and promotes detox while you flow through low-impact Pilates movements focused on control, breath, and alignment.

All levels are welcome—come build strength, increase mobility, and leave feeling refreshed and empowered.
