Pound - low impact workout - rock out! Pop-up

POUND® is a drumming-inspired cardio and strength workout that uses lightly weighted drumsticks called Ripstix® to transform drumming into a full-body exercise. Participants become the music by drumming to the beat, which engages the core, arms, abs, legs, and glutes while elevating heart rate. The workout also incorporates Pilates, conditioning, and yoga-based movements. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND is easily modifiable, promotes a fun and energetic atmosphere, and helps to relieve stress, improve mood, and build camaraderie
