Stillness & Strength: A Yang/Yin Yoga Class
In this thoughtfully balanced class, we will explore the dynamic interplay between energy and relaxation, movement and stillness. The first half of the class focuses on the Yang energy—invigorating and strengthening postures that build power and flexibility. With a series of flowing, heat-generating sequences, you'll engage the body, challenge your strength, and enhance your endurance.
The second half of the class shifts into the calming, restorative Yin practice, where we slow down and dive deeper into the body’s connective tissues. In longer-held, passive postures, you’ll have the opportunity to soften, release, and cultivate mindfulness in the present moment.
