Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a quiet, contemplative practice that offers a powerful reset for both body and mind. Our skilled teachers create a calming, supportive space that sets the perfect tone to begin your week with intention and ease.

This class targets the deepest tissues of the body—connective tissues such as ligaments, joints, bones, fascia, and energetic meridians—through long-held, passive floor postures. Unlike more active (Yang) styles like Vinyasa that focus on the muscles, Yin invites stillness and surrender to access areas often untouched by dynamic movement.

If you’ve ever thought, “I’m not flexible enough” or “I can’t touch my toes,” this class is for you. Yin Yoga supports flexibility not only in the body but also in the mind, encouraging patience, presence, and release.

This class is truly accessible to all bodies. While most poses are done seated or lying on the floor, chairs and modifications are available to meet you exactly where you are.
