Restorative Yoga (60 Minutes)

Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing practice designed to calm the nervous system and support the body’s natural healing processes. In this 60-minute class, you’ll move through a series of gentle, fully supported poses—using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks—to encourage complete physical and mental release.

Each posture is held for several minutes, allowing the body to soften, the breath to slow, and the mind to quiet. This class is perfect for stress relief, recovery, and anyone in need of deep rest.

No yoga experience is necessary. All bodies and levels of mobility are welcome. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, nourished, and restored.
