Warm Vin/Yin Yoga Description:

Warm Vin/Yin Yoga blends the dynamic energy of Vinyasa with the deep, meditative stillness of Yin, all practiced in a gently heated room (around 78–80°F). The class begins with a flowing Vinyasa sequence to build heat, improve circulation, and awaken the body through breath-linked movement. The second half shifts into Yin postures—long-held, floor-based stretches that target deep connective tissues, encouraging flexibility and joint health.

This balanced practice is both energizing and grounding, making it ideal for those seeking strength, mobility, and mindful relaxation. The warm environment enhances muscle pliability and helps detoxify the body, offering a complete physical and mental reset.
