This class is designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and cultivate deep relaxation, leaving you feeling renewed and centered. Yoga nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation that takes you into a state of conscious relaxation, where the body rests deeply while the mind remains alert.
